Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of Liink Server and the Liink client apps (together, "Liink"), developed by Oclin. By downloading or using a Liink product, you agree to them. For Apple App Store downloads, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. For Google Play downloads, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply. These terms supplement the applicable store terms.
Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Liink on supported Apple or Android devices you own or control, in accordance with the applicable store terms. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute an app except as permitted by law.
Acceptable use
You are responsible for how you use Liink and for complying with all laws that apply to recording, monitoring, and communications in your jurisdiction. Do not use Liink to harass, intercept communications unlawfully, or infringe anyone's rights.
Products and platforms
Liink Server is a macOS-only server product. The Liink client is available for supported Mac, iPhone, iPad, Android phone and Android tablet devices. Client apps cannot host a Liink system, and Liink Server is not a client.
Your network, hardware and data
Liink operates over the local or private network routes you configure. You are responsible for securing those networks, the server Mac, access credentials, and connected audio or video hardware. Server configuration is stored on the server Mac and is controlled by its operator.
No warranty
Liink is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Real-time communications depend on your network, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oclin is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Liink.
Changes
We may update these terms. The current version will always be available on this page.
